It’s uncertain when they’ll start letting artists check in and start setting up their tables. Czarina plans to be at the hotel around 7am on Friday to get a place in line if there is one and wait. All you need is your name, and if you got an email confirming your purchase make sure you have that with you just in case. When you check in you’ll receive both a convention badge and an extra indicator that you are an Artist, plus any additional badges you purchased. They change how the badge system works every year though, so we’re not sure what they’ll look like.
Last year they didn’t even start the line moving until 9am and it was a little chaotic. Hopefully because it’s their second year at this hotel it’ll be a little more ordered. Because there hasn’t been an email telling everyone where their table is we’re assuming it’s going to be first-come first-served again. Arrive early and keep your place in line and you have a better chance of picking out your ideal spot either in the designated Artist Alley Room or out in the hall.
